You, Karma and Soul

As we go through life, we encounter events and circumstances that are not always pleasant. Most of the time we learn our lessons, lick our wounds and move on. Sometimes we don’t, and those are the ones that give us the most grief down the line.

Soul memories are memories from past lives that resurface in our present. They are triggered by something that reminds us subconsciously of the initial events. Such events have resulted in traumas that were never healed in the lifetime in which they occurred, their lessons of spiritual growth never learned. Instead, they attach themselves to our spiritual bodies and wait for us to complete them.

How are soul memories carried from one lifetime into the next?

Just as we have genetic DNA that is carried down through generations, there is something analogous on the energy plane, which I refer to as “Spiritual DNA”. Spiritual DNA is energy that carries the soul memories from lifetime to lifetime. Spiritual DNA resides in the Spiritual Body, the primary energy body that forms the template for the other energy bodies that make up the aura and, eventually, the physical body. The physical body is formed by both genetic DNA and Spiritual DNA.

When trauma happens, the Spiritual Body responds by creating Spiritual DNA attached to that life event. This Spiritual DNA triggers an outer chakra to open, a chakra located somewhere within the aura (not within the physical body). When the trauma is healed, the extra chakra closes and, for all intents and purposes, disappears. When a lifetime ends, the Spiritual Body, including all chakras existing at the time of transition, as well as the related Spiritual DNA, continues on, eventually resulting in a new physical body.

Our soul memories come into play when we meet someone we knew in a past life, or we experience an emotion that reminds us of one left uncompleted from a past life (karma, those unlearned lessons). When a soul memory is triggered, the chakra created in the past life reopens, and the energy from that past life rushes in. This energy includes emotional memories that can alter our DNA in this lifetime, as well as affecting our reactions and our ability to make decisions, creating pain, illness and emotional problems.

How do soul memories create physical problems in the present lifetime?

Let’s look at four cases:

Case #1:

Bob came to me complaining of chronic and debilitating pain in his hip, for which his doctors could find no cause. I saw psychically that in a previous lifetime he had experienced a broken hip from a fall that resulted in his becoming completely dependent upon his family. In that lifetime, he never came to terms with the emotions resulting from his loss of independence, and a chakra was created in his spiritual body. So, when--in his present lifetime--Bob lost his job and had to depend upon his family for support, the pain of his past life injury was triggered. When I closed off that chakra and cut off the energy flowing into his present from that past lifetime, he felt instant relief. However he still had to learn to deal with the issue of being dependent upon others.

Case #2:

A year ago, Annette came to me at age 22. She was born with lung problems and had had problems breathing her entire life. Whenever she got excited or scared, she suddenly couldn’t breathe. None of the doctors she had consulted as an adult could find any problem with her lungs or any reason for the breathing problems. Once we entered into her past lives, however, we found a past life in which she died as a young woman in a fire. The trauma of losing her life at a young age and in that particular way had never had a chance to heal. When I cleared the chakra and helped her to release the trauma, her breathing problems immediately cleared, and for the past year they have not recurred.

Case #3:

A young man named Chuck had developed unexplained patterns of lumps across his abdomen, and they had been there for ten years. After going into his past lives I found that he had been trampled by a horse and had broken his ribs in one past life and consequently died from that injury. When I told Chuck of that past life trauma, he confessed he was deathly afraid of horses and had a terrible allergy to them. He said that ten years prior he had gone horseback riding. The experience had been horrible, and the lumps appeared soon after, though he had never made the connection.
Within ten hours of clearing the energy and the chakras left over from that lifetime, all the lumps were gone. Chuck has since told me that now he can be around horses without experiencing any allergic reactions.
#
In my practice, I have found that a lot of emotional issues, especially in women, stem from dominance and control in a past life. For example:

Case #4:

Susan came to me for relief of abdominal pain and digestive problems. I quickly saw that the cause was that she was continually in abusive relationships. She had been abused as a child and, as an adult, made poor relationship choices. She wanted this to stop.
When I went into Susan’s last few lifetimes, I saw she had been in situations in which she was always being dominated, having very little power and no control. When we went into the soul memories from her past three lifetimes, it was obvious that she had unresolved issues about being in a female body and not having any authority or being respected. In the present lifetime, again in a female body, all of her spiritual memories were those of being powerless and disrespected.

In Susan’s immediate-prior lifetime, the man she was with had been extremely abusive and disrespectful. He had actually used a branding iron to brand her as his property. The trauma of that branding stayed within her soul memories and manifested into her present body as a very large birthmark on her butt that was oddly shaped as a circle with a line through it.
In her present lifetime, Susan ended up marrying the same man again, and the lesson she had to learn was to be able to stand up to him and leave. As we worked through the emotional issues of power, authority and respect, she was finally able to leave abusiveness behind and divorce him. Her digestive problems stopped, and, six months after the divorce, the birthmark had disappeared.

How are soul memories triggered?

All of our memories from past lives are stored within our Spiritual DNA, which is the energy that is the basis of our subconscious mind. And they are triggered through our chakra system, which is the source of life energy for our bodies.

Chakras are funnel-shaped portals where energy enters or exits the body. We have numerous types and sizes of chakras, and they feed energy into a grid of channels throughout the body called meridians. It is these meridians that have been studied extensively that are used in traditional Asian medicine, including acupuncture and acupressure.
Most chakras are normal and necessary for healthy physical functioning. However, chakras formed as a result of physical or emotional trauma are not. Instead of feeding energy into the organized power grid of the body, they allow it to leak, or pour in or out unexpectedly, and pain, disease or dysfunction eventually results—just as a power line going down in a storm can bring down an electrical grid.

We trigger a soul memory when the aura senses a familiar type of Spiritual DNA nearby, and we have numerous triggers for every emotional issue we carry. For each type of DNA, the chakra has an associated receptor. When Spiritual DNA similar to our own emotional issue is present, there is a resonance within the appropriate receptor around the chakra. The chakra responds by either closing, to shut out energy, or opening, to bring it into the body, depending upon the issue. The energy can be from a past life, as well as from the present. When chakras close or open inappropriately, energy meridians in the body are affected; illness and disease set in. Once we have learned the lesson associated with that particular trauma—that is, we’ve dealt with the emotional issue underlying the trauma—the receptors disconnect from that chakra, and it no longer reacts when we sense that Spiritual DNA nearby.

Because they are often accompanied by feelings of familiarity, soul memories can also make you fall in love with someone you’ve known or been married to before, regardless of the nature of the previous relationship. When all the emotions from that past life become triggered, you can even end up married to them (again), as Susan did!

Relationship Human vs Animal

When did an animal become more important than a human?

There are so many issues in this world alone, set aside from American issues.

However, in this present time I would like to bring your attention to this subject.

Let’s look at this from a spiritual prospective, could this be one of Satan’s tactics, tools, and points of action to take the attention away from our brothers and sisters in Christ. Putting bate out there for people to give more love and tolerance to animals. With the intentions to convince those of us who are not financially stable and need help , that you are less than an animal. Even maybe try to influence us that we are losers, because we don’t have a better living than an animal…Humm.

What are the effects of thoughts like those? Well for starters it causes people to steal or even worse might happen; due to the pressure of not being able to provide in life. Certain things that seem so insignificant can make a world of difference if we turn it to our attention. Don’t let the devil distract us

from tending to our neighbor. The devil in a con man, Wake Up!
I believe in my opinion, anyone who shows value to animals as being more important than a human being is completely immoral and out of touch. What does that say about your compassion to mankind? Unless you gave up men, hate men, and don’t like women. I guess if you’re sick in the head you would find comfort in an animal. I don’t know if this is to be true, but I heard that a woman put tuna fish in between her legs and the cat would….you know the rest. (You think they’re just pet owners)
On the other hand, what about the kids who need someone to care for them? Look, don’t get me wrong; nothing is wrong with have a pet or caring for animals. It’s when you treat them better than people or believe them to be more civilized, you’ve crossed the line. We shouldn’t be spending smiley faces on getting dogs, cats, and other pets such necessities like jewelry and things. It should be against the law, I’m so serious! Why do they need that stuff, like they comprehended fashion; especially with this so call recession going on. I wonder why.

Have you seen the commercial by the ASCPA (I think that’s the name) advertizing the animals, do it remind you of the Feed The Children broadcast. One of my arguments is exactly based on that commercial. We know animals need a home and care, but keep it within a level of respectfulness. Measuring animal’s standards to humans are they for real. There are so many people hungry and homeless, but we rather spend money on pets first. With all the food in stores, no one should be hungry on earth. If you get in your car right now and drive around your city, I’m sure you will see a homeless person. You probably have family members and friends right now who are in need. Bad enough professional athletics are getting millions of dollars a year to run around a field or bounce a ball. (which could be code to down low-ville for some) Do you think what they do are worth being paid more than Doctors, Nurse, PCA workers, Preachers, Teachers, Caregiver, Lawyers, Counselors, and etc.

The God's Accent

There is a fascinating account in the Bible that surrounds the story of the crucifixion. Jesus is being led off to trial, and Peter is lingering close behind feeling sorry for himself. Some people begin to question Peter because they think he is one of the disciples. Peter would repeatedly deny their accusations leading to the crowing of the rooster. But one statement in Matthew stands out in this series of dialogues in which the disciple is involved in. The gospel writer tells us that, “After a little while, those standing there went up to Peter and said, ‘Surely you are one of them, for your accent gives you away
We like labels in our culture; we give them for almost anything. We have red states and blue states, Baby Boomers, Generation X, Generation Y and Millennials. Then there are the liberals and the conservatives, the rich and the poor, the skinny and the fat. Not to mention several thousand different denominational tags to choose from as well. We like labels in our culture; they help to simplify things in our minds. But life is not that simple, and labels are not as neat as we like to think.

Peter was being labeled, the sound of his voice giving him away. The disciple was a Galilean and his heavy accent was easily identifiable in the capital city of Jerusalem, leading people to point him out as a follower of Jesus. Their accusations would lead to the most famous denial in history as Peter would swear he didn’t know Jesus.
The story brings up an interesting point. Aside from the historical context, this event begs the question as to what, if anything identifies us with Jesus. He would say that love would be the mark that would identify his followers, not a certain clothing style or a particular type of music. Forgiveness and grace would be the traits that would stand out in his disciples, not denominational affiliations or certain times of worship.

The deeper issue for Peter and us is answering the question of whether anything in our life leads someone to say, “There is a follower of Christ.” It was Saint Francis of Assisi who would say, "Preach the gospel at all times -- If necessary, use words."

In the church of Corinth labels were being passed around. Some were claiming to follow a certain person while others were claiming to follow someone else. Paul would write that Christ is not divided among groups, we are either his followers or we are not. There is no other label, no other modifier to our identity, we are either a part of the vine or we are separate from it.
We love labels in our culture. What label does your life display?

Power of Divine Feminine and the Great Awakening

Are you hearing talk of 2012 and wondering what all the hype is about? Are we on the verge of Armageddon as doomsday sayers are spouting? 2012 movies are starting to come out and many of them will support this theory to strike fear in the hearts of many or just for the sensationalism to attract people’s attention and dollars.
When I started to write my book Phoenix Star in 2004, I was struggling to understand what I believed surrounding the prophecies of 2012 and the end of the Mayan calendar. My research had revealed that there is a rare astronomical alignment known as the ‘Dark Rift’ that is predicted to occur on December 21, 2012 but the logical part of my brain couldn’t seem to grasp its meaning. What exactly is going to happen?
Did it mean the planet would implode or explode? Would humans as a race simply disappear as the planet travelled through the Milky Way Galaxy? Or would some, who had attained a certain level of enlightenment, survive and then exist on a higher plane?
Inspiration led me to craft a story weaving in elements of transformation, divine spirit, and magical gifts that culminated in a moment of time that stood still on the planet. When I completed writing the final scene something extraordinary happened to me. Something more mystical and divine than my imagination could conjure up.
I experienced an awakening of light and sound and spirit radiating throughout my entire being. I experienced the power of the Divine Feminine.

The sound of angels singing within, through, and around me was almost deafening.
It left me sobbing, shaking, and vibrating with intense divine love.

There were and are no words to describe this experience that I still remember as vividly as when it happened in 2006.

Since being touched with this power of the Divine Feminine my life has changed irrevocably. The process of transformation has been deep at work, awakening and healing my heart to what feels like back to the source of my creation.
Spirit gifted me with inspiration and a vision for all that could be that is being validated with each passing day, in my life and the world at large.

Getting back to December 21, 2012 for a moment, let’s contemplate what the ‘Dark Rift’ is and what I believe it may mean. The Mayan long calendar ends on this date, marking the end of a period of 5,200 years and it also happens to align with a rare astrological alignment that only occurs once every 26,000 years.
The scientific community has concluded that our planet, sun and our entire solar system originated in the center of the Milky Way Galaxy. They are also now convinced that at the center of the Galaxy is a massive black hole. The ancient Maya believed that this black hole is the ‘birthing place’ for all life and the bulge in the center of the Galaxy was termed the Cosmic Womb. Within the center of this womb there appears to be a dark corridor and it is this place that has been named the ‘Dark Rift’.
The December Solstice Sun of 2012 is expected to align with and arise out of the back side of the ‘Dark Rift’, passing through the Galactic Equator as if it is being birthed anew. This period marks the end of the Fifth Mayan Sun and the dawning of the Sixth; a New Galactic Cycle and the transformation of our world or what I call the Phoenix Star.
What is not widely known, however, is according to recent astrological calculations the Solstice Meridian began aligning with the Galactic Equator between 1998 and 1999. The Sun because of its size moves very slowly and will not fully cross the Equator and emerge onto the other side until 2018?a full 20-year cycle.
Meaning, that we are already smack in the middle of this birthing process and need not wait until 2012 to see that the world is changing and urging us to let the power of the Divine Feminine energies of love transform our lives.
2012?will it be death or the midway moment of our journey through the Center of the Cosmic Womb?
I believe it is the latter and I believe we have the power, strength, and fortitude to ride the waves of labor pains and raise our collective consciousness to witness the birth of a New World, if we embrace the power of the Divine Feminine now and let it reawaken our hearts.

Whether or not you believe this is real, something is going on. Millions of people around the world are meditating, participating in world peace initiatives, turning to healers, coaches, spiritual teachers and holistic or alternative modalities to help them find greater health, more meaning and purpose to their lives?an awakening is occurring on a global scale.

We are living in these times to experience and master what is known as the Hero’s Journey?or rites of passage, something every single one of us must endure, in one form or another.
Some of the elements of the Hero’s Journey include experiencing and transforming:

Lack of self-worth and self-love
Lack of courage and focus
Pain and patterns of illusion and programs from past lives
Overwhelming guilt and shame that suppresses our gifts
Taking responsibility for one’s life and actions
Healing our wounds
The Dark Night of the Soul
Finding our ‘voice’ and purpose
Reclaiming and standing in our power

As we clear the layers of the past we become open and receptive to heart and soul activations which translate into feeling great love for ourselves and humanity. We are able to experience true freedom, become leaders, and step into our divinity that is waiting for us as our birthright.
This may seem overwhelming, but if you have the desire and invite the Divine Feminine into your life miracles can and will happen.

Watch for signs, listen and act on inner guidance and you will be shown the way. Pay attention to what you are resisting because this is often the very thing you need to do to master the next step on your path. Explore new avenues previously feared or ignored.

No one knows for certain what is really going to happen but I’d rather live each day as if it was my last and treasure each moment in the eternal bliss of my heart.

SAY YES! To life and let the Divine Feminine awaken, bless and activate your heart and soul.

Realistic New Year’s Resolutions

This is a time where people are really talking about New Year's resolutions, new starts. It's a brand new year, brand new day and they'd really love to break free of some of the old stuff--go into some beautiful new green pastures in their life. I was at the gym the other morning and of course, the gym this week is busier than it's been all year. But give it a couple of weeks, and it's probably going to be back to normal again. One of the personal trainers came up to me, and thought he was making kind of cordial talk and he said, 'Hey, it's a new year. Do you even remember any of your resolutions?" I said "Well, absolutely, I do" and he said "Well, how many have you all of them yet or forgotten them yet?" and I 'm like "No, I really haven't." But you know that's kind of the current state of affairs.
What a lot of us do, we set those New Year's resolutions and then, if we're not careful we don't check in to see how we're doing until New Year's next year. And so, what I really encourage people to do is find a point of inspiration. You know, we tend to overestimate what we can do in a year and underestimate what we can do in a decade. You know, so many of us want to turn around, you know states of affairs that we've created over years and years of habits in a nanosecond and it probably isn't going to work. You don't turn a battleship around on a dime. You know, you turn it around over time staying the course and holding steady. So what I would encourage everyone to do is find a program like Science of Success.
This program, as much, if not more, of anything I've ever been exposed to will get you clear, not only of what you're capable of creating, but exactly how to do that. So when you sit down, which I ask you to do in the program and define your vision for your life, come up with something that really inspires you. You know, something that, that makes you enthusiastic because if you, you know, set some kind of goal or vision for your life that is someone else's. It's not going to inspire you, and you're probably going to burn out.
And that's where I find a lot of people who are depressed. You know, a lot of people who are overwhelmed or are not excited about their life. When I begin to talk to them, they're living someone else's life. It's more noble to imperfectly pursue your own passions than to perfectly pursue someone else's.

Life-Partner

Have you ever wondered what it takes to find the love of your life? Is it your dream to find a life-partner who will love, cherish and adore you? If you’re longing for a soul mate, the Soul Mate Kit will help you prepare to manifest one!As someone who didn’t meet and marry my soul mate until I was 44, I learned a lot along the way about what does and doesn’t work in the world of love and romance. Finding true love is possible for any one at any age if you’re willing to prepare yourself, on all levels, to become a magnet for love. This wonderful Universe of ours is set up to deliver the people and things we draw to us that are consistent with our personal belief system. If you don’t believe you will ever find the ONE, then guess what, you get to be right. . . you probably won’t.If, however, you learn to believe that the one is not only out there but is also looking for you, then true love can be yours. My grandmother always told me there’s a lid for every pot. In other words, there is a match -- a perfect partner -- for every person. Even so, I have to admit that there were many, many times in my thirties when I questioned this because I still hadn’t found the lid to my pot.
Then one day something happened that really solidified in me the belief for me that my soul mate was out there . . . somewhere. I was watching Oprah and she had Barbra Streisand on the show. Barbra had recently fallen in love with James Brolin and I remember thinking, “Here is this super-wealthy, ultra famous diva . . . how many men could be a match for her?” And then I realized, if God could find somebody for her then I’ll be a piece of cake! I knew in that moment, with absolute certainty, that if the Universe had the perfect man for Barbra Streisand then my soul mate was definitely out there. I also knew that I needed to prepare myself on every level to magnetize him into my life.

Need of Personal Growth

More than ever we are in need of Personal Growth on a global level. We are in dire straits because of a general worldwide lack of knowledge and awareness of what’s possible when we create extraordinary lives for ourselves and each other. We can all contribute to the one world community and make the planet a bet ter place. The norm has been people who spread negative news, promote fast food and pharmaceutical concoctions rather than address the cause of real life issues.
We have been trained, to varying degrees, to obey authority, work hard, and to speak when called on. The educational system instills an early model for learning that conditions our behavior as adults. Some of you may be going through life, day-in and day-out, just working hard, watching TV, eating junk food, and falling into bed at night. You may be living on autopilot rather than directing your energies and living life to its fullest. Think about it: You are the producer, director, and actor of the movie called your life. To live an outstanding life, which includes doing what you love and being all you can be, you need to be proactive and deliberate on designing your destiny.
Today’s world demands that powerful people step up and take a stand for what’s important. Together we can challenge systems that no longer serve us and create new structures that will be designed more effectively to set us up for success. The quality of our lives depends on us and how we choose to live. The choices we make ultimately shape our lives and many of us are waking up to this fact. With movies such as What The Bleep Do We Know!?™ and The Secret, people are becoming aware that there is more to life than what meets the eye. The Power of Personal Growth offers you significant awareness and knowledge so you can make empowering choices to positively impact your life.

Believe Your Soul Mate is Out There

Believing that your soul mate is out there is critical to the preparation of manifesting him or her into your life. The basic law of attraction states that you will attract to you those things that match your state of belief.I believe that the Universe is always mirroring back to us our beliefs about ourselves and the world. If we believe the world is a loving and friendly place, then most of the time that will be our experience. If we believe the world is a chaotic, stressful and fearful place, then that becomes our reality. So, believing and knowing that your soul mate is out there is part of the formula for manifestation. If you do not yet believe with 100% certainty that your soul mate is out there, let’s begin to look for things that will make a believer out of you.
Do you believe you are loveable? If you are reading this then I am certain you are loveable. Why? Because, loveable people want more love in their lives. But, if you believe you are not loveable, I’m going to ask you to challenge that belief. Take a moment to identify at least three (or more) lovable traits that you possess, such as being generous, compassionate, friendly, kind, considerate, thoughtful, interesting, funny, etc. Write these down and then memorize them. You will be using them shortly for your treasure map.I know many very attractive, successful single people who have some very negative, limiting beliefs when it comes to finding their soul mate.
The list usually goes something like this:
I’m too old.I’m too fat.
I’m too damaged.
I have too much baggage.
am too successful.
I am not successful enough.
All the good ones are taken.
Nobody I want wants me.
These are just knee-jerk excuses to keep you stuck. There is plenty of evidence that love is available to everyone regardless of age, weight or income or any other feeble excuse. What if I told you that it’s not your job to know HOW your soul mate is going to appear? It’s only your job to be ready, willing and open to love.
You don’t really know where air or water comes from but you totally believe that they are there for you. As a human being you know that air and water are your divine right. You know that no matter what mistakes you have made in the past, you are still going to wake up every day and have access to air and water. The same is true for love. It’s there for you. It’s always been there for you. You just need to remember the love that you are and once you do, the Universe will deliver to you the perfect soul mate. There is nothing for you to do, there is only a way for you to BE.
